Welcome to our unique program that allows chefs to experience first-hand the joy and mystery of reefnet salmon fishing. Our program lets you participate in the catching, bleeding, and caring for these magnificent creatures. Later you will come to the Willows Inn and experience the flavor of the day's labor, and spend the night in our venerable old inn within earshot of the jumping salmon working their way towards the Fraser River.
Tentative dates available mid July through mid September. As the season nears, we will know for certain which days we will be fishing, but it is fairly likely we will be fishing these days. If we are not, we can still watch schools of salmon go through the gears, and experience the raw beauty and serene surroundings that Lummi Island has to offer.
Cost is $150 per person, which includes lodging, food, and a take home salmon.
Contact Riley at Riley@lummiislandwild.com for more information or to book a reservation.
