The Lummi Island Wild Co-op can provide you with premium fresh and frozen fresh wholesale wild salmon and smoked salmon directly from us -the fishermen. Our Fraser River wild sockeye is absolutely unsurpassed! The 'filet mignon' of salmon is available in a wide variety of forms including our hot smoked and nova lox. All of our wild salmon are sustainable harvested and handled with unmatched care. We have beautiful Keta salmon and every other year Pink Salmon.

Get Involved with your ingredients!
Our unique program allows chefs from restaurants all over the area to experience first-hand the joy and mystery of catching Fraser River wild salmon. Our program will allow you to participate in the catching, bleeding, and caring for these magnificent creatures. Later you will come to the Willows Inn and experience the flavor of the day's labor, and spend the night in our venerable old inn within earshot of the jumping salmon working their way towards the Fraser River.
