Our unique program allows chefs from restaurants all over the area to experience first-hand the joy and mystery of catching Fraser River wild salmon. Our program will allow you to participate in the catching, bleeding, and caring for these magnificent creatures. Later you will come to the Willows Inn and experience the flavor of the day's labor, and spend the night in our venerable old inn within earshot of the jumping salmon working their way towards the Fraser River.
